Updating Card Payment Details in Nexudus

If your Credit Card has expired or you need to change cards for future meeting room payments:

1. Go to the Collaborator Portal (Nexudus) accessible from the QuickLinks section at the bottom of the LaunchPad Web site.
2. Click on ‘Collaborator Signin’ to login to your account.
3. Click on My Account to access your account details and then open the ‘Billing’ section in the navigation menu and click on ‘Card Payments’ to change your credit card details.
4. Click on Update Payment Details to complete the change.
