If your Credit Card has expired or you need to change cards for future meeting room payments:
- Go to the Collaborator Portal (Nexudus) accessible from the QuickLinks section at the bottom of theĀ LaunchPad Web site.
- Click on ‘Collaborator Signin’ to login to your account.
- Click on My Account to access your account details and then open the ‘Billing’ section in the navigation menu and click on ‘Card Payments’ to change your credit card details.
- Click on Update Payment Details to complete the change.
