LaunchPad provides a number of signage options for Collaborators, though the display locations of signs may vary depending on the LaunchPad site.
All members will be automatically listed in the online ‘Collaborator Directory’ in Nexudus and we encourage all Collaborators to visit the portal and update their details.
For Collaborators who have signed a 6 or 12-month membership (Community Desk and Business Space) with LaunchPad are entitled to place their company logo (at their cost) on the glass next to the entrance at their LaunchPad location.
General Guidelines
While LaunchPad encourages our members to ‘own’ their space, we reserve the right to veto any signage that breaches these general guidelines:
- Only Collaborators on 6 or 12-month agreements are allowed to install permanent signage
- Signs must not be offensive or bring into disrepute the LaunchPad brand
- Signs facing onto the street require prior approval of our landlord
- All signage must be removed at the Collaborators cost when they leave
- Any damage must be ‘made good’ on departure, including returning the space to its original state
- Movable signage (plastic sheet holders, posters etc.) must not obscure another Collaborator’s space or view.
LaunchPad Create
For LaunchPad Create (122 Cremorne Street), the location we’ve chosen is the two side glass panels next to the front door. These are the panels at 90deg to the front door – ‘it’s what you’d look at walking in our front door’.
Your logo needs to be no more than an A4 page size in landscape orientation, that is the largest dimension must be no more than A4.
Logos should be of the vinyl cut variety with adhesive on the face. The sign would adhere to the inside of the glass. We’ve found this type of sign to look great and its tamper-proof. The LaunchPad Ground Crew must supervise the installation of the sign.
The logos will be arranged in a grid, starting about a meter off the ground and arranged in two columns up the glass. We’ll start around eye level, so the first logos to be popped up will be in the best position.
LaunchPad Evolve
For LaunchPad Evolve (132 Cremorne Street) Collaborator logos are being placed on the glass panel to the right (looking in) of the front entrance door.
Your logo needs to be no more than an A4 page size in a landscape orientation, that is the largest dimension must be no more than A4.

LaunchPad Orbit
For LaunchPad Orbit (130 Cremorne Street) Collaborator logos are being placed on the fixed glass panel to the right and left of the front entrance door.

Logos should be of the vinyl cut variety with adhesive on the face. The sign would adhere to the inside of the glass. We’ve found this type of sign to look great and it’s tamper-proof. The LaunchPad Ground Crew must supervise the installation of the sign.

For street visible signage, we’re currently investigating the location of Collaborator logos and it is likely to be beneath the existing signs at the start of the carpark.
Logos would be no larger than A3 sized and located in a grid directly below the LaunchPad Orbit Logo.
Studio and Lockable Office Signage
Collaborators are encouraged to create their own culture within a business space (Studio or Lockable office).
You can you place your own signage on glass windows facing into the LaunchPad community space with prior approval of the Ground Crew.
Signage facing onto the street requires approval by the Ground Crew and our landlord prior to installing.
For studios in LaunchPad 3, the overall theme colour of the studio must be preserved.
Temporary Signage
Temporary signage includes display banners, plastic sheet holders, posters and printed logos on plain paper.
Any Collaborator is allowed to display their company logo on their space with the following provisions:
- The logo cannot be larger than an A4 sheet
- The logo must not infringe another Collaborators space or be construed as their logo (making your company seem bigger)
- Display holders must not be located in walkways, obscure emergency access or fire equipment.
- Desk Clusters
For members with clusters of desks (typically 6 or more) in the community areas, then they are permitted to display a ‘pull up’ banner with the following provisions:
- The banner must relate to their business, not a partner or supplier they represent
- It must not detract from the styling and ambience of the LaunchPad site
- It must not obscure the view of other members or impinge on their space
- It must not be located in a walkway or obscure emergency access or fire equipment
Partner Logos
From time to time LaunchPad may elect to display partner logos in selected areas of a LaunchPad site.
Partner logos will be kept together in a single area and no single partner logo will be larger than an A3 sheet. Logos will be arranged together and have a clear indication that they form part of the LaunchPad partner network.
Collaborators are not allowed to display their partner logos (eg. Microsoft Gold Partner status).
Recommended Suppliers
Most signage companies charge a call out fee to install – check with the Groundcrew to confirm if there are any other Collaborators ordering signage, so that the call out fee can be shared.
