LaunchPad provides a ‘Virtual Conference’ facility for our meeting rooms that you can use with your clients.
Each meeting room has its own Virtual Conference Session that you can use for up to 30 conference participants per session.
To use the facility
Once you’ve booked a room, provide the external dial-in number (03 7000 6060) to your external parties, the name of the room and the LaunchPad Number, for example, Otway at LaunchPad 2.
When your clients dial in, they will be guided through the connection process using an IVR system, where they will be asked for the LaunchPad number and room. At the end of the process, they will be placed into the conference. The conference finishes when the last participant leaves the call.
From your meeting room you can gain access by dialling the extension below:
